Guarantees and Conditions:

Additional shipping cost, fixed rate depending on the weight of the product. First Class and Priority Mail shipping by USPS (2-3 days) regular mail.

There are NO cash returns or refunds, if the purchased item has a manufacturing defect, the item can be exchanged for a new one, maximum 10 days after purchase, for another item of the same value or the same value, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and we will resend to you at no additional cost. It is recommended that you stop by our physical store in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, so that you do not have to incur additional shipping costs.

Electrical products maximum 30 days warranty for exchange, the good conditions of the product will be evaluated, at our discretion, it must be clean, in its box and with all its accessories. No more than 30 days for the change.

All items are tested before leaving the store and packaged carefully, we are not responsible for external handling by postal service personnel, all sales are final.
